After your inquiry.

You can understand the work and review the estimate before agreeing to proceed.

  1. Clarify the work

We discuss the problem, your location and access. An exposed opening or a door that will not close needs a different conversation from a planned replacement.

  2. Discuss an assessment

We work out whether an on-site assessment or measurements are needed. Final glass measurements and specifications are confirmed before replacement work is planned.

  3. Review the proposal

Estimates and proposals normally follow by email. Review the scope, price and expected timing, and ask questions before agreeing to the work.

Already in touch?

For an existing inquiry, estimate or job, call or email our team. Include your name, the property city and what you need help with. You do not need to start another quote request.

Before you decide.

Do I need to know the glass type or exact size?

No. Start with what you can see: a crack, fog between panes, a broken panel or a door that does not work properly. Rough dimensions can help if you already have them, but final measurements and specifications need to be confirmed. Keep clear of damaged glass rather than trying to measure it.

What affects the price and timing of a glass repair?

Glass size and type, the condition of the opening, hardware and access all affect the job. Custom insulated or tempered glass can require fabrication before installation. We confirm the scope and expected timing for your particular project rather than promise a standard price or completion time.

Can you discuss access and scheduling for an occupied property?

Yes. Let us know how the property is used, who can arrange access and any restrictions around the opening. We discuss those details when planning commercial work. The arrangement and expected timing depend on the job and are confirmed with you.

Is temporary board-up the same as replacing the glass?

No. Board-up temporarily secures an opening. Permanent glass replacement is a separate step and may require measurements and glass fabrication. Our team can discuss the immediate opening and the replacement work so you understand what each stage involves.
