What starts a quote?: Tell us what needs fixing, your city and how to reach you. Photos can follow by email. We clarify the problem and discuss whether an assessment or measurements are needed before sending an estimate.
What affects scope and timing?: Glass size and type, the frame, hardware and access all matter. Custom insulated or tempered glass may need fabrication. Scope, price and expected timing are confirmed for your job before you agree to the work.
