Ask about your repair01Should I call, email, or use the form?
Call for broken glass, an unsecured opening, or a time-sensitive question. Email is useful for a description and optional photos. The three-question form is suitable for a planned enquiry; the form and confirmation explain whether delivery to the team is enabled.
02What should I include if I cannot reach someone immediately?
Leave your name, callback number, city, and a short description of the problem. Say whether the opening is exposed or will not secure. Do not assume an appointment or attendance has been arranged until it is confirmed.
03Do I need to send photos or take measurements?
Neither is required for the first enquiry. A wide view of the opening and a close view of the fault can help later, if you can take them safely. Final glass and hardware specifications need to be checked before ordering.
04Can I visit a Glassma location without arranging it first?
Call before traveling so the team can confirm the right location, availability, and whether your request needs an on-site visit. A listed address or 24-hour listing does not guarantee a walk-in consultation.
