Service requests

We save the name, contact method, and description you submit, together with the service context, source page, and campaign label where available. These records are available to the team in a password-protected admin panel. Our enquiry system routes requests to sos@glassma.us through Google Workspace. Cloudflare provides request protection and enquiry processing, and InterServer hosts this website and its private reports. The form and confirmation explain the current delivery status. Submitting a request does not book an appointment.

Visitor reports

We use first-party visitor reports to understand which pages help customers and where enquiries get interrupted. Reports collect a random browser ID, visit ID, page paths, referral domain, campaign labels, device and browser category, operating-system family, language, time zone, screen viewport, clicks, scroll reach, and active time. Click coordinates create approximate heatmaps. The server also records the connection IP address supplied by our trusted hosting proxy. Reports can connect a visit to an enquiry you submit. They are accessible only through the private admin panel. We do not collect MAC addresses, device fingerprints, typed form contents in analytics, keystrokes, screen recordings, or full referring URLs. A call click does not confirm a completed call. We do not run advertising trackers or send these reports to an external analytics provider.

Browser storage and choices

A random visitor identifier is kept in local storage with a rolling 30-day expiry. A visit identifier uses session storage and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. The confirmation reference, time, service context, and delivery status also use session storage. You can clear these through your browser settings. Visitor tracking is disabled when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Admin sign-in uses an HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Signed-in admin visits and heatmap previews are excluded from reports.

Form protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce automated spam. It processes browser and connection information for this security check.

Google Maps content

Reviews, ratings, and listing photos are provided through Google Maps when connected. Contributor images and photos can load from Google, which receives the browser information needed to serve them. Maps links open Google separately. Service request details are not sent to the Maps API. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and requests about your data

Enquiry records and visitor reports are stored on our hosting services, with access restricted to authorized operators. The site operator can access, correct, export, or remove them. Contact sos@glassma.us with your request reference to ask about your enquiry data. Activity records are retained for 90 days and connection IPs for 30 days, with expired data removed during the next report or collection cleanup. Enquiry records are kept separately for follow-up. Enquiry records are retained for customer follow-up and service administration; contact us to request access or deletion.

Website information

Service information helps you start an enquiry. Scope, availability, pricing, and any warranty terms are confirmed with you before work is agreed. Architectural images marked illustrative are design images, not photographs of completed customer jobs.
