Service requests

We save the name, contact method, and description you submit, together with the service context, source page, and campaign label where available. These records are available to authorized team members through an admin panel protected by Google Workspace sign-in. Our enquiry system routes requests to sos@glassma.us through Google Workspace. Cloudflare hosts this website and its private reports and provides request protection and enquiry processing. The form and confirmation explain the current delivery status. Submitting a request does not book an appointment.

Visitor reports

We use first-party visitor reports to understand which pages help customers and where enquiries get interrupted. Reports collect a random browser ID, visit ID, page paths, referral domain, campaign labels, device and browser category, operating-system family, language, time zone, screen viewport, clicks, scroll reach, and active time. Click coordinates create approximate heatmaps. New first-party visitor reports do not store connection IP addresses. Reports can connect a visit to an enquiry you submit. They are accessible only through the private admin panel. We do not collect MAC addresses, device fingerprints, typed form contents in analytics, keystrokes, screen recordings, or full referring URLs. A call click does not confirm a completed call. Heatmaps and private enquiry records stay in our own reporting system.

Google Analytics and ad measurement

On our public production website, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and our existing Google Ads measurement tags. These measure page visits, campaign sources, quote links, phone and email clicks, and accepted enquiries. Google may use cookies and receive browser and connection information to measure visits and advertising results. Our website events do not send your name, phone number, email address, enquiry description, enquiry reference, or heatmap coordinates to Google. A phone or email click does not confirm a completed call or message. We do not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions through this integration. Google handles its measurement data under the Google Privacy Policy; our private-report retention periods do not apply to Google's data.

Browser storage and choices

A random visitor identifier is kept in local storage with a rolling 30-day expiry. A visit identifier uses session storage and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. The confirmation reference, time, service context, and delivery status also use session storage. You can clear these through your browser settings. Visitor tracking is disabled when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Admin sign-in uses an HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Admin pages and heatmap previews are excluded from tracking. The choice below applies to both our visitor reports and Google measurement. Turning tracking off may reload the page to stop Google scripts already loaded. A session-only list of accepted enquiry references prevents repeated Google enquiry events; those references are not sent in website analytics events. Google cookies can be removed through your browser settings.

Live chat

We use tawk.to to offer live chat on public service and information pages. The widget normally loads after you scroll past the introductory contact section. Once it loads, tawk.to receives browser and connection information and may use cookies or browser storage to operate the chat. If you send a message, tawk.to processes the conversation and any contact details you choose to share. Our team can access chat transcripts in tawk.to. Chat storage and retention depend on our tawk.to account settings and the provider’s policies; the visitor-report retention periods below do not apply to chat transcripts. See the tawk.to Privacy Policy. You can clear chat browser storage in your browser settings, and contact sos@glassma.us to ask about your chat data. Calling or using the enquiry form is also available. The visitor-report privacy controls above apply to our analytics, not the chat provider.

Form protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce automated spam. It processes browser and connection information for this security check.

Google Maps content

Reviews, ratings, and listing photos are provided through Google Maps when connected. Contributor images and photos can load from Google, which receives the browser information needed to serve them. Maps links open Google separately. Service request details are not sent to the Maps API. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and requests about your data

Enquiry records and visitor reports are stored on our hosting services, with access restricted to authorized operators. The site operator can access, correct, export, or remove them. Contact sos@glassma.us with your request reference to ask about your enquiry data. Activity records are retained for 90 days and connection IPs for 30 days, with expired data removed during the next report or collection cleanup. Enquiry records are kept separately for follow-up. Enquiry records are retained for customer follow-up and service administration; contact us to request access or deletion.

Website information

Service information helps you start an enquiry. Scope, availability, pricing, and any warranty terms are confirmed with you before work is agreed. Architectural images marked illustrative are design images, not photographs of completed customer jobs.
