Signing in
Sign in with your CRM email address or phone number and password. You need an existing CRM account. Contact your CRM administrator if you need access or help signing in.
Google sign-in is pending rollout. Once available, it will let you sign in with a Google account you have connected to your CRM account. Connecting Google will not create a CRM account or change your permissions. Your usual CRM password sign-in will remain available.
Connecting Google
When Google sign-in becomes available, connecting an account will require you to:
- Choose the Google account you want to use.
- Confirm ownership of your existing CRM account with its current password.
- Review both accounts and confirm the connection.
Your Google and CRM email addresses can be different. Review both accounts carefully before confirming. The CRM does not ask for your Google password.
Managing a connection
Once the feature is available, you will be able to review or disconnect your Google connection in Connected accounts. Disconnecting requires your current CRM password and confirmation.
Your CRM account and business records remain in place. Removing the connection does not sign out every existing session or change permissions in your Google Account settings. Contact your CRM administrator if you need help with access or account recovery.
