Glassma CRM terms of use

These terms cover authorized use of Glassma CRM and account access.

Repair and service work is governed by the arrangements agreed with you separately. For use of the public website and repair enquiries, read the website terms.

Authorized access

Glassma CRM is for authorized account holders. Use only accounts you are permitted to access and only the functions available to your role. Contact your CRM administrator if your access needs to change.

Account security

Keep your CRM password private. If you connect a Google account once the feature is available, protect that account too and review both accounts before confirming the connection. Report suspected unauthorized access through the support details below.

Optional Google sign-in

Google sign-in is pending rollout. Once available, it will be an optional way to access an existing eligible CRM account. It will not create a new account, combine accounts or grant additional permissions.

Google operates its authentication service under its own terms and privacy policy. The CRM privacy notice describes how the CRM handles account connection information.

Disconnecting and recovery

Once Google sign-in is available, you will be able to disconnect it through Connected accounts using your current CRM password. An authorized administrator will also be able to remove a connection for account recovery.

Removing a connection does not delete the CRM account or its business records. Contact your CRM administrator if you cannot access your account.

Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass account controls, interfere with the service, or use CRM information outside your authorized work.

Contact and support

For sign-in or account recovery, contact your CRM administrator. For questions about these pages or requests about your account information, contact Glassma.
