Glassma CRM privacy notice

This notice explains information used to access CRM accounts, including the upcoming optional Google sign-in feature. Google sign-in is pending rollout.

The separate website privacy notice covers enquiry forms, website analytics and other public website services.

Information used for Google sign-in

When available, Google sign-in will process your Google account identifier, email address and name to identify the selected account and show the connection you are reviewing. Your Google password is not provided to the CRM.

When you confirm a connection, the CRM will store the association between your Google account identifier and your existing CRM account. Your Google profile will not replace your CRM account details.

How the connection is used

The connection will identify which CRM account to sign in to. Password checks and confirmation protect against connecting the wrong account.

This sign-in feature does not grant access to Gmail messages, Drive files or Calendar contents. Google authenticates your Google account through its own service.

Who can access CRM information

Glassma hosts the CRM for its project staff, including the owner and administrators. Access to the CRM server and hosting is limited to the owner and developer. Other project staff have access to limited project information and related records through the CRM.

When Google sign-in is available, users will be able to view their own connection status. Authorized administrators will be able to review account connections and remove a connection with a recorded reason.

Account records and security history

The Google connection feature will record account connection and disconnection events for security and administrative accountability. These records include the action, time and CRM account identifiers. When an authorized administrator removes a connection, the record also includes the reason.

Disconnecting, stored records and backups

Removing a Google connection deletes its login association from the active CRM database. It does not delete the CRM account, business records or security audit history.

Database backup copies can contain earlier login associations and security records. Removing a connection from the active database does not remove those records from existing backups.

Cookies and temporary state

The CRM uses authentication cookies for account access. Google sign-in will also use temporary state to complete sign-in and account confirmation. This is separate from visitor analytics on the public website.

These public CRM information pages follow the website's visitor-reporting and Google measurement settings. Read the website privacy notice for those details and tracking controls.

Disconnecting and requesting assistance

Once the feature is available, you will be able to remove a Google connection through Connected accounts after confirming your current CRM password. This removes the Google-login link from the CRM.

Disconnecting does not sign out every existing session or change permissions in your Google Account settings. See stored records and backups for the records this action leaves in place.

The Google connection controls do not provide a self-service option to erase your CRM account.

Contact Glassma using the support email below to request account information, a correction or deletion of personal information. Glassma staff receive these requests and coordinate with the developer. A request to delete personal information is separate from disconnecting Google; disconnecting is not an account deletion request.
